Software / Teams, brokerages and roles

Everyone on one system, each with the right view.

Teams share one plan and one pipeline. Brokerages get every seat on Bricks, with a roster, compliance review and trust accounting.

Agents roster, sample data

What it replaces.

The separate tools, threads and handoffs this part of Bricks takes over.

How it works.

  1. Invite by email

Agents join from an invite and keep their own logins.

  2. Set allocations

Give each team member a monthly shoot allocation. Members who have used it show as at limit.

  3. One pipeline

Every deal and listing in one view, with who owns each one. The lead or broker sees all of it.

  4. Review files

On a brokerage account, compliance shows incomplete deal files and documents waiting for review.
