Software / Documents, e-sign and delivery

Signed, filed and delivered to the right place.

Documents, e-signatures, forms and finished media sit with the listing or deal they belong to, not in a shared drive and a pile of download links.

Forms and e-signatures, sample data

What it replaces.

The separate tools, threads and handoffs this part of Bricks takes over.

How it works.

  1. File it

Upload documents to your document store, in folders and with tags, and search across both.

  2. Sign it

Place signature, initials, date and text fields on the PDF and send it from the deal. Follow it from sent to completed.

  3. Fill it

Brokerages build reusable form templates. Agents fill them from the deal instead of retyping it.

  4. Receive it

Edited photos, video, floor plans and Virtual Visits are delivered to the listing’s media library, ready to download.

Sample data

The details.

Fingerprinted
SHA-256 fingerprints of the original and the signed PDF.
Can’t be edited after
Fillable fields are flattened, so the signed PDF can’t be changed.
MLS-safe media
Real window views and no fake skies by default. Twilight is shot for real at blue hour.
Keep your copies
Download delivered files and keep your own copies. Bricks isn’t a long-term archive.

Documents and delivery come with every account. E-sign is on Keystone and up, forms on Marble and up, and both are on every brokerage seat. See pricing.

Common questions.

Who owns the delivered media?

Bricks owns the copyright. Once the booking is paid in full you get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to market that property with it.

How do signers sign?

Each signer gets their own link. You follow progress on the deal: sent, opened, signed and completed.

Is e-sign on the free plan?

No. E-sign starts on Keystone at $49 a month.
