When plans change,
here's what happens.
The photographer is dispatched as soon as you confirm. Cancellation fees apply once your shoot is locked in — and if you or your client isn't at the property when the photographer arrives, the booking is forfeited in full.
Full allowance returned
Cancel more than 48 hours before the shoot window and your member-priced booking (or payment) is returned in full — no questions.
25% retained
Cancelling inside 48 hours but before the 24-hour mark results in a 25% retention to cover dispatch and prep costs.
75% retained
Short-notice cancellations retain 75% of the booking value. The photographer has reserved the time block and forfeited other shoots.
100% forfeited
Cancellations within 3 hours of the shoot, or a client no-show, result in full forfeiture of the booking amount. Capped at $500 for Estate bookings.
By completing a booking in the Bricks app you confirm you have read and agreed to these cancellation terms. For disputes, contact support within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot time via the in-app form or at support@brxs.ca.
