Choosing between a tour and video?

A tour helps buyers understand the layout. A film sells the feeling of the place. Read virtual tour vs. video walkthrough, or see real estate video.

What is the difference between a virtual tour and a Virtual Visit?

A virtual tour moves viewers along a set path through the home. A Virtual visit is free-roam 3D: viewers move anywhere in the space. They are separate products with separate prices.

How much does a virtual tour cost?

A virtual tour is $149 / $199 / $249 / $299 CAD before HST by footprint. It is included in Showcase (from $596) and Full suite.

Is Virtual Visit included in a package?

No. Virtual visit is $249 / $299 / $349 / $399 by footprint. Virtual Visit is a separately priced add-on to residential listing-media packages; it is not included in Photos only, Essentials, Story, Showcase or Full suite. Commercial leasing sets and acquisition captures include it as specified in their scope.

Can I put the tour on MLS and my listing site?

Yes. Media arrives as a link you can use on MLS®, your website and social, along with a property website for the listing.
