Photos usually arrive within 24 hours of the shoot, and other media within 24–48 hours. These are targets, not guarantees.
- Check spam and promotions for the delivery email.
- With an account, check the listing in Bricks. Delivered media lands there too.
- Weather, airspace or access on the day can delay delivery. If a drone couldn't fly, see If the drone couldn't fly.
- Still nothing after 48 hours? Email help@brxs.ca with the property address.
