- Use the same method you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, choose Continue with Google. If you signed up with email, use your email and password.
- Check the email for typos. Use the address on your account.
- Forgot the password? Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
- Saw a passkey button? Passkeys aren't switched on yet. Use email or Google.
- Still stuck? Email help@brxs.ca from the address on your account.
Photographers sign in at go.brxs.ca, not app.brxs.ca. See Sign in to the photographer app.
