When to book condition reports and turnovers

• Move-out report or turnover: shot within two weeks after the move-out date.
• Move-in report: shot within two weeks before the move-in date, while the unit is empty.
• Book at least 1 day ahead, or 2 days if there's a drone. Dates can be up to six months out.
• Add a site phone number or access notes so the photographer can get in.

Each condition report is dated room by room and compared with the last report for that unit.
