How does the sqft pricing work?+
Every package has four sqft tiers (under 2,000 / 2,000–3,499 / 3,500–4,999 / 5,000+). At booking we pull the sqft from MLS automatically or ask you to confirm. The right tier applies, no surprises.
How does member pricing work?+
Each plan grants a flat allowance of member-priced bookings per month. Use one on any package and pay the static member price ($150 Standard, $300 Premium, $700 Luxury, $2,200 Estate, at the under-2,000-sqft tier) instead of rack rate. Add-ons are always billed at cash. Maximum one member-priced booking applied per shoot. Allowances are issued monthly per your plan (Keystone 1, Marble 2, Diamond 4) and expire at the end of that calendar month. Unused member-priced bookings do not roll over.
What if I've used all my member-priced bookings this month?+
Bookings are never blocked. If your monthly allowance is exhausted, additional bookings proceed at the full retail rate. Your allowance resets at the start of the following calendar month per your plan's monthly amount.
Annual billing — is monthly available?+
Monthly and annual billing are both available for Mortar, Cornerstone, and Marble. The annual plan is discounted — the prices shown are the annual (per-month equivalent) rate. Clay is free with no commitment. For individual shoots without a plan, use the per-listing retail pricing.
Is the Gaussian splat tour really included?+
Yes, on every Standard package booking. Captured on-site during the same visit — higher fidelity than Matterport at no extra charge. Most competitors list it at $299+ as an add-on; Bricks treats it as core.
Single visit or multiple?+
Every package — photos, video, aerial, splat, twilight if booked — is captured in one shoot day. We don't make you book follow-ups.
How fast is delivery?+
24-hour delivery on Standard and Premium. Luxury and Estate include 12-hour rush at no extra charge. Standard and Premium can add Rush Delivery as a cash add-on.
Where does Bricks deliver?+
GTA, Hamilton, Durham Region, York Region, and Niagara. Work delivers to MLS, Realtor.ca, and your branded property page automatically.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no admin charge. The plan price is the plan price. Demo, onboarding call, and first-booking walkthrough are all included.
Does member pricing apply to Estate bookings?+
Yes. Estate is $2,499 flat. With a member-priced booking, you pay $2,200. The one-member-priced-booking-per-shoot maximum applies. Add-ons to an Estate booking are always billed at cash.
